My only thought has to do with this:

Using informal English on a page is always a tricky thing. I would tend to say on a blog informal English is ok, but for a main site it should be avoided. That in mind, I'd suggest changing the header to "Wait, have you subscribed yet?" Also I'd only use one question mark, not three.
