Since December the weather is a little different, most of the time it’s raining but when the weather is good the sun is shining as if it is summer, so flu is viral all over our town, but one more infection is on our family right now, ChickenPox,
My son was the first one got infected by varicella, at first we thought it was just a fever then on the Christmas day itself, his red blisters came out, so we went to his Pedia, and he was prescribed with a syrup to control the virus and cream, after 9 nines we went back to the doctor and he was cleared, but after 4 days my niece got infected too then 1 week after my nephew show some blisters too and after few hours my husband too, Some of our Oldies says that once you had it you’ll never going to have it again, so that’s maybe reason why I was not being infected, I don’t know how and why but Thank God at least I can take care of them.
First two days my husband’s blisters was just few, so he was not so worried, but on the third day they were all out like the stars on the summer night sky that you can’t count literally and the sad part of it is that they were thousand on his face and neck and even scalp. My husband has a mild anxiety so he got easily depressed when he felt that he is worthless, he said I can’t go to work, I can’t play with our son, I can’t drive him to school, I know those are simple things but those are very important role for him, so I feel sad for him,
But this afternoon while watching some documentaries, it was a nice coincident that the featured topic was those people suffering from a kidney disease, they were undergoing dialysis for like years already and some of them were doing it by themselves no family or even friends to accompany them to the hospital, So I look at him without saying anything them he smiled and said , I’m still Blessed
We felt bad for those people but seeing those kind of people suffering from much deeper problem than we have, makes us feel blessed and lucky, it made us realized that before complaining for a small simple problem that we are experiencing try to look around us and start counting our blessings,
Day 2 of my STIARY- Lesson of the Day, you can try it too and spread positivity and love here in our community.
