Probably the most direct way to earn stingey tokens is to just scan trending. What I do is scroll a bunch and try to locate anything that has flags. Why am I telling anyone? Because I get to brag and maybe earn some STEEM in the process. And if not, I get to go back to what I'm doing without anyone accusing me of gaming the system.
So like I said, "scroll a bunch" means scroll trending for like 50 pages (at least). I'm looking for a flag, which is not the point of what this "STINGY" token is all about. It says you have to "predict" flags. But it doesn't say anything about predicting who gets flagged. If someone is on trending who gets flagged, they're probably going to get flagged again.

That gifbot one was a fluke. I flagged every one of their comments until I got errors from too many transactions or some shit. I don't recommend that process.
Basically, if they trend with flags, they'll probably get flagged again. So flag them more!
