In the wake of IRMA devastation, looting is rampant in Saint Martin. Mobs entered hotels, armed with various deadly weapons and looted tourists.
Last year I was staying at Grand case beach club and almost bought a house there. I had enough sense to dive into crime records of Saint Martin. Drug crime, murders and robbery is so common that I chose not to. Somehow I as a lawful resident will not be able to carry a gun!
1200 Americans have been evacuated.
Kindly resteem ( I never ask for it) so that the word spreads. Perhaps I will never go back. Others need to be aware. There are plenty of better places. I shall be in St. Croix soon.
Saint Martin needs to understand that what they did to tourists will be costly.
