There are probably many way of doing a stoic practice in our daily lives and today I am sharing 10 ways that anyone can try to improve our selves and have better deal with life.
10 Stoic Practice.
1. Focus on what you can control
Most of us unaware and misguided of things in life and most of the time we jumble all of our obstacles, from work, personal life, emotions, environment, etc., So its best if we first, so we do what is infront of us and slowly do things accordingly.
2. You control how to respond to things
We often trigger with the most hassles of life, whether we have a noisy neighbors, traffic hassles, news media, this things makes us want to react, so its best if we only react on whats good for us and what is only needed in pur personal life.
3. Ask your self. Is this essential?
We often buy unnecessary things or spending too much effort watching a. Series or focusing to much on problems. But time is so short to be wasting it. So its best is to live a simple life, focus on progress and creating better life not just for you but also around you.
4. Meditate on your morality
Prayers, meditations or what ever you practice, pausing in silence and just and just meditate can help us clear our mind and worries. Get some free air and be one with nature from time to time.
5. Value time more than money and possession
Everyone is going after success, but success is a moving target, and no one can really predict its outcome,
But success of having and holding your own time. Is priceless.
6. You are the product of your habits
Pretty much stated it clear, equivalent exchange still applies. What you give, you will receive.
7. Remember you have the power to not have no opinion.
It's okay not to react to everything that's thrown to us. It's such a waste of energy fighting something that is nonsense.
8. Own the morning.
Everyday we must wake up and do our work, to be fruitful daily. As the saying goes 'carpe diem'
9. Put yourself up for review interrogate yourself
Understand that we will always be in the middle of success and struggle, and thats just life. But what we do daily, is what we are. Owning personal mistakes and negative attitude that we can adjust to change for ourselves is not that bad. Always check yourselves.
10. Don't suffer imagined troubles
Most of the time we overthink of outcomes that never happened yet. Because of unforseen circumstances, we tend to see the negative side of things. But if we Trust ourselves more maybe can actually accomplish what we want to accomplish.
We live in a crazy world today, its vast, the technology is fast, Pandemic has happened, Jobs not working for us, We don't know where we can stand, but truly it has the same amount of the opportunities everywhere, we just need to learn to find it, and we can always do that with a clear mind. I continuously learn and practice Stoism for my self, and thought of sharing to others.
