The story of Nicolás was very simple and similar to that of many children around the world. To him, like many children, he had an authoritarian father, with some frustrations, like many other parents ...
Some of these parents drag emotional gaps and seek that their child is what they could not become. That was the case of Nicolás's father when he told him:
"You will be what the whole family has been. You will be what your brother is, who is currently sailing in the Far East. You will be military and marine, like all your ancestors. And the music, you can leave it to sing whatever you want, alone, at sea ... "
The boy who heard that father's voice was called Nicolai. And the world would know him and forever remember him as Nicolai Rimsky Korsakov
And so it was: enrolled in the Naval Academy of St. Petersburg, for six years Nikolai Rimsky Korsakov crossed the seas as a sailor.
But there was a moment of rupture in his life, when the pentagram, with all its magic, caught him again. Then there was very little left of the sailor and the musician who had always existed was resurrected so that, luckily, Kimsky Korsakov would appear.
Classical music, then, was enriched with an eloquent instrumentation, with a deep and new rhythm, with the perfect harmony of each element of the orchestra.
