On August 22, 1542, in the desert of Rajasthan, a lot of embarrassing emperor Humayun
came to Amarakot with his family and his colleagues. The distance from Jodhpur to Amarkot
is more than 2000 km. For the length and distance of the journey,
the emperor and his fiancé have to undergo untold hardship and sacrifice.
On arrival at Amarkot, a royal reception was given to the emperor on behalf of
Rana Persas of Amarkot. In addition, the family of the emperor was given shelter inside the fort.
A temporary habitation was created out of the fort of
the emperor's army to be more than the power of the fort.
As a thankful to Rana Parsad for his hospitality,
Emperor Humayun gave him and his son a girdle of pearl and fine-grained sword.
In addition, gemstones and royal games are also given.
