They went to the bush and cut grasses for the sheep. They went several times before they could get enough feed to satisfy the sheep. By the time they had finished feeding the sheep, Bala and Ali were tired.
The next day, while their father was sleeping as usual and their mother had gone to the market, Bala pretended he had stomach ache and asked Ali to go and cut grasses for the sheep. He promised to join him when his stomach ache eased.
But before Ali could come home, Bala had taken all the sheep out for grazing. He knew where his brother had gone to get grasses. So, he avoided that direction. As he moved with the sheep in the bush, he was happy he was doing it.
It had been a long time he went with his father to graze the sheep. Three weeks was quite long for somebody like Bala, who wanted to get an adventure. He was very happy he was grazing the sheep again after a long time. He was even happier he was doing it alone without having his father with him, telling him what to do and what not to do all the time.
