In the company where I work we are implementing an educational project with 3D printing, the idea is to take 3D printing courses to high schools. That's why we decided to buy a 3D printer, cheap, with a volume of printing that allows us to make prints in small because they only have an hour and a half to make their printing.
Due to the experience I have had since 2014, I was entrusted with the task of looking for suppliers, good prices, technical support, ideally because it is easy to work with the PLA and for the moment we would not work with a different material.
We had to travel more than three hours by car outside the city, to arrive with the provider; it was decided that we would try the printer of the brand XYZ, model Jr. 1.0 Da Vinci. This printer offers very good features, it is a plug and play printer, as soon as we take it out of the box it takes less than 15 minutes to start printing; everyone was very happy in the office for this achievement. A few days passed and we continued making tests of time, material and assemblies; to adjust to the classes and the time of each class.
The time came when we did the test of medium long time, so we printed a Groot of guardians of the galaxy, it took eight and a half hours to print, to an average quality, the result is simply wonderful. Each and every one of the office was impressed by the quality and brightness of the print. Now the laborious part of this impression would come to give it a finish, time does not stop; so I managed to give a magnificent print finish, as you can see in the photo and in the video below I describe the complete process of how I did it. I hope you like it.
