SIlver and Gold Summit 2017

This post is long overdue!

I had meant to write a post about my experience at the Silver and Gold summit in San Francisco, but then about a million things happened with Goldmoney that made it impossible. Perhaps the coolest thing about the conference was my meeting with Jim Rickards, bestselling author of The New Case for Gold.

But before meeting Jim a bunch of other cool stuff happened....

On our way there we fueled up with some coffee...

It was time to brave BART. BART stands for Bay Area Rapid Transit, and although it is rapid, it is also crowded. TIP: Make sure not to make any eye contact with your fellow human beings and avoid awkward conversations by staring at your phone and scrolling Steemit.com.

Almost immediately after arriving at the conference I got to talk to Jim Rickards. It was the first of a few meetings with Mr. Rickards that day. He moves so fast the picture is blurry!

He gives great speeches. I highly recommend precious metals enthusiasts listen to at least a couple of him interviews.

Aurico Metals is a royalty company that has just been bought out. For some reason I found it endless hilarious that the buy out had been announced a few days earlier and now their booth was empty.

There were many other booths to check out at the conference. Precious metals mining companies are interesting investments. Please note that I call them investments because they involve risk and provide potentional capital appreciation. This is specific differentiation from physical gold and silver which you can own through https://www.goldmoney.com/w/goldmatters . Gold and silver are MONEY and not an investment.

Back at the conference, I couldn’t leave without getting this photo for the Steemit community #steemsilvergold .

It was a productive and fun day. I got to talk to a lot of interested parties about Goldmoney. It was a lot different than last year, I was approached many times with people wanting to learn more about the company. Word must be getting out....
