Walter Carr from Birmingham (Alabama, USA), settled on a new job, was very worried and, of course, did not want to be late on the first working day.
The man was horrified when the night before it was revealed that his car had broken down. The employee was not allowed to drive to a company 32 kilometers away, so he stepped out in the middle of the night to get to work on foot and arrive there by 8:00.
Already during this "walk" Walter faced an example of kindness. He was almost there when the policeman patrolling the track stopped and asked if the pedestrian needed help.
Finding out what was up, the officer invited Walter to breakfast in the cafe, and then threw him to the office.
Luke Marklin, the general director of the firm in which Walter was settled, also turned out to be a sincere person. Having learned, in what difficult position his new employee has got and on what he was ready to go, not to be late and not to bring colleagues, the boss was touched and presented to it by the new "Ford Escape".
Thank you for:
