This was the most challenging piece I have ever done and
the most satisfying. True love for a child or teenager can
bring out the greatness in what ever you do for them.
Yes we all sometimes would like to put our children
on a one way trip to the farthest planet in the universe
nonstop. But if you can’t stand the heat than get out of
the kitchen because children don’t come with a instruction
book.
They will constantly try you work your nerves, bring smiles
to your face put laughter in your heart. Make you wonder
why in the hell did l have kids.
Sometimes make to much noise. Half do things
when they have been shown the thorough why to do it. Totally
forget instructions right after you told them. Which l
call tunnel vision. Of course they have no problem remembering
what their friends say.
Yes they are a serious challenge. They can bring out the silliness
in us when life’s responsibilities take away all our sense of humor.
Even when they leave home, it’s not like leaving us. A part of our
hearts goes with them.
They will always be our children.
