Hi guys, iv recently removed gluten foods from my diet as it was a constant battle with bloating, constipation & feeling depressed. I started a week ago & the effects have been very positive physically but the mental withdrawl symptoms are tough. Mood swings (god bless my fianceè) constant hunger pangs & low energy levels! Its a new lifestyle change for the better i think, so il keep updating my progress, recipies & general health if anyone would like to follow me, thanks for reading!
