Gali was very sad, she ran to give a helping hand to Tortoise. Tortoise continued to cry, Gali tried to stop the blood with her scarf, she looked really worried and sad.
You have to take me to your house and nurse me till I am very well, Tortoise demanded. Gali had no choice, she led him to her house. Tortoise limped along until they reached the place.
She gave him some medicines and dressed the wounds, she prepared good food for him and he enjoyed it. Tortoise regained his health in the course of time but he did not want to leave the house of the beautiful Lady.
Sometimes when Tortoise saw some of his friends passing, he would wave to them through the window of the beautiful Lady, he greeted everyone that came around just to let them know he was in her house especially when she was not around.
He even told some of them that he was happily married to Gali.
