What will happen today?

This one isn't too over the top. It is the story for today. It is tough to be overly structured in real estate because something unusual often gets your attention. So here is the quick story for today:

I have been requested to list a house and a person I really respect suggested me to them. Therefore, while this may not always be a listing I would accept I will and will get the home sold. Today, I am trying to get a head start and send one of my clients over there to take a look at the house before it goes on the market.

Sounds like a good plan so far, right? Generate interest even before the house is on the market. Small problem. The neighbors called the cops when my clients parked in the driveway. The potential buyers had to explain to the cops why they were there. I'm surprised they didn't call me so I could explain.

That is the story for today. I give a buyer a hot lead and they find themselves almost arrested for trespassing. The joys of real estate.
