This is the story of a mother and her beautiful baby girl born with ANOPHTHALMIA. ANOPHTHALMIA is a medical term for the absence of one or both eyes. The absence of the eyes will cause a small bony orbit, a constricted mucosal socket, shortened eyelids . It can be caused either due to genetic mutations,prenatal environment or chromosomal abnormalities. 
her name is Kensley and she was born on 3.15.2017, her mum had labor pain and contraction for 2 days but she gave birth naturally and easily, but after the delivery of this princess, her mother noticed a big lump under her left eye with both eyes swollen, she was worried and called the attention of the doctor and nurses to it but they said it will eventually go down, she got more worried as this baby couldn't open her eyes yet and the next day came but the baby's eyes still not opened yet, the doctors break the news to them that their baby had a rare genetic disorder ANOPHTHALMIA. She and her fiancée were so heartbroken, she said she felt like her heart fell to her stomach . But then, this news brought her family closer than ever she cried and it all felt like it was a dream. She said during the ultrasound the baby would cover her face or turn her head . She said she has accepted all of this and she will treat her beautiful baby as normal, a healthy baby who has the advantage of not seeing the ugliness of this world.
