Hello everyone, maybe For Muslims, before someone will go to Rahmatullah will be visited by the angel of death or angel of life.
However, when someone who is sick before dying will be given signs when visited by the angel of death as instructed by Allah SWT.
As for the hadith narrated by Abu Imamah al Bahili, it is stated that when humans are nearing death, Allah SWT will send four angels to him.
These are the signs when someone is approached by the angel of death when sick:
- Angels Revoke Strength
The first angel will take all his strength so that the person will become helpless and weak. - Angels Take Delicious Food
The second angel will take the delicious taste of food from his mouth so that he does not want to eat anything even though the food tastes delicious. - Angels Take on Bright Light
The third angel came to take a bright light on his face. So, his face will look pale and even he doesn't know the people around him. - Angels Take Sin
The fourth angel was sent by Allah SWT to take all his sins when he was sick. So, he becomes clean and holy from sin. - Sign of 100 Days Before Death
When the Asr time has passed, the sick person will feel shivering from the tip of the hair to the feet even with a very strong vibration. - Sign of 40 Days Before Death
When the time of Asr is over, his heart will throb. After that, the leaves bearing our names in Lauh Mahfudz will fall and even the angel of death will take the leaves and follow our journey throughout the day. - Sign of 7 Days Before Death
Before dying, someone will be tested with pain. When he was sick, he was made not to eat. However, he will ask for various foods he wants. - Signs of 3 Days Before Death
A person will feel throbbing in the middle of the forehead. If you have felt a sign like this, it's good to fast so that your stomach isn't much unclean so that the person who bathes will be easy. - Sign of 1 Day Before Death
When Asr, someone will feel 1 pulse in the crown of his head. This indicates that the person can no longer meet the next Asr.
For the Khusnul Khotimah, he will feel cool in the navel, waist and then in the throat. In these conditions it is better to say 2 sentences of creed. - Signs of the Last Seconds of Death
The last sign, someone will die. The sign feels cool in some parts such as, belly button, waist and throat. If you have felt a sign like this, someone is advised to keep remembering and mentioning Asma Allah.
