A poor boy was doing work as a hawker to cover his study cost. One day he was very hungry so he went to a house and ask the homemaker to give him a glass of water. The woman could understand his situation and gave him a glass of milk instead of a glass of water. The boy wanted to pay but the woman didn't take money from him. On that day he not only just come out from this home with a fulfillment of his thirstiness but also with a great respect.
After a long time, a famous doctor name, Haward Keli was assigned to serve a serious patient. After listening to the name from the woman his emotions got flooded by remembering the name of his past. And he could identify that this woman was that woman. Keli tried hard and the woman got well. Unfortunately, the woman was not able to pay the bill of the hospital. When the woman contacted the hospital counter he could know that Dr. Keli paid the bill with the line "PAID IN FULL WITH A GLASS OF MILK".
