One word I always wanted to understand. Not because I didn’t, but for its blistering influence in society.
Novella, being Spanish to mean drama and Tele probably for television. I believe Spaniards love it to and so do Indians, Mexicans and Chinese. If it’s a soap-opera, then Latin Americans love it as well.
In Ghana, the trending ones are called, twi-novella. Thus a soap opera or novella translated into Ghanaian language (Twi)
Neither do I dislike series nor novella but if you live in a house with only one TV in the sitting room and you have no laptop, you will understand me better.
Come home from work and no one responds to your greetings. Step on toes as you pass by and the pain will only be noticed after a commercial break. So I concluded it was a spirit from these movies that consumed attention.
But upon visiting neighborhood streets, I realized that the Ghanaian:
Closes from work too early just to watch…………..
Woke up late because she watched…………… all night.
Makes much daily sales because she has placed that TV outside her shop for buyers to watch…..,
Families do not share sensitive together due to divide attention for…………………
