YOU CAN BE THE WHITE BLACK PANTER
Growing up and being into comic books I rarely saw black characters. I didn't see it as a big deal I just figured if a black person had superpowers they wouldn't tell anyone... Not even their momma... I could hear their mom saying, "Fly your ass to bed before I give you a super ass-whooping'!"
Now that Black Panther is about to come out I wanted to pay homage to the great heroes we have had up until now...
DAMN... That's all?
Well, Blank-man was cool... But a joke. He was just a broke Batman. He had a plunger as a grappling hook! 😐
Spawn wasn't even black at first...
I think they figured he was burned up so they could just say he was a black guy in the new versions.
Blade was half vampire.
Aren't vampires pale and white?
Hancock was a drunk.
Some say he smelled like booze all the time.
And Metorman...
Well, no one is gonna take him seriously with that mustache.
My favorite superhero is Spiderman.
It was also my nickname in sports. When we would play superheros I would always call dibs on Spiderman, but the kids would always correct me and say, "Well you can be Black Spiderman."
I never understood why I just couldn't be Spiderman. You want to be The Thing but your skin ain't orange. I hope those same kids have children that love Black Panther and some black kids tell them, "Nah you got to be WHITE Black Panther!"
Yeah... Maybe a little bit but I don't care right now. We finally have a high budget superhero film about a black person.
I don't understand why so many people are upset about this.
Why can't they let others just be happy. I think they are mad that Iron man is no longer the richest or the smartest in the marvel universe. Iron Man was so upset that he didn't get to be in the movie that he resorted to drastic measures.
People are so mad that they are spending time making black jokes about it. It really shows their dick size...
OK, Not going to lie... I laughed a little at this one.
I'm NOT going to let anyone kill this movie for me. I'm going to go order some African garb and show up like...
All these heroes are just heroes. There is no need to call them "black" superheroes.
This only black superhero to me...
BLACK Superman? WTF??!?!
Black Panther will be the best superhero movie with a majority black cast... I mean there were never any with this budget until now. So, I'm going to leave this movie here for you guys to check out and see how far we have come.
