It is Bir-Biling, a small village in the lap of 'Dhauladhar mountains range'. No doubt Bir is a small village although it is super famous world wide for its best paragliding site, which is known as "Worlds best paragliding site". So it was april and like every year streets was filled with people and shops. On the occasion of Holi (The Festival of Colors) Bir organised a small fair every year.
So this picture is showing the glimpse of street food.
