We've all been a small town parades, and seen the local Pageant winner. Usually she's sitting in a convertible, wearing her tiara, with the town selectmen or the mayor, proudly waving. Whether it's Pumpkin Queen, or Miss ApplePie, there she is, finally showing her crown for all the world to see.
