Dear Steemies,
finally I came back from my mom who lives in Salgótarján. On the way back, I had some hours in Eger until I took the bus to Miskolc. Well, I love this town and its surroundings so much. When I was a child, we often visited this city, because we lived quite close, not more than a distance of 1 hour driving.
Eger is famous for its castle that was successfully defended against the OsmanTurks in the 16th century, under the leadership of István Dobó.
