Every year in August the 6th biggest city in Latvia, Ventspils, is celebrating its birthday! The city gets people on its empty otherwise streets and there is a parade of painted cows as a town's tradition! The animals are not real of course and they get sold after!
You could see one of the creatures among the cows' parade from 2012 in the image below. This fun activity takes place on the city's promenade.
