Street Photography and State Wars

I didn't really compete in this week's State Wars but I fully loved the concept and reading people's submissions. So I consider this a nod to the city I live and completely love. I was in the Arts District downtown near Little Tokyo this afternoon and for once, it paid off to look down instead of up and ahead. This is the very definition of street photography. And it's something that's true for me!
