There are some songs that go well with Belgrade like some wines go well with some food.
There are some songs that work better, for they go better with Belgrade I feel and love and regret and hate. Guess I am kind of a somelier for towns and songs menu.
In this case, it is kind of love relationship between Belgrade and me. It goes well with rock and roll, high heeled leather boots, radio shows like "Tajanstveni voz(Secret Train)" and it goes very well with košava (east wind) that brings in restlessness to citizens' soul.
But if the weather is hot and the concrete is melting, then I feel like it is better the rhythm full of percussions, some echoes and a bit of retro, including good funk from Yougoslavia, in the summer evening.
This photo is my illustration of autumn choice for Belgrade. Goes well with a zip of rain, and some love songs, but not pathetic ones. Something like Kings Of Leon - Sex on Fire. That mood.
