Stress is probably the worst issue everyone faces including me. It might be your boss, educator, parent or even your doctor who causes this stress. The thing is everyone has different stress that is rooted from many people and many things. Stress could be really bad for you besides the tormenting headache. Problems like immune diseases, depression, heart disease, memory loss, anxiety and weight problems.

Try seeing it from their point of view
Try changing towards them
