Personally i received all my tokens including the referral bonus right away in the pre ICO, also when i sent a second payment later in the ICO, I used my own referral code and received 10% bonus more for that. They told me i was the only one thinking of it at that time, but considering they are late on some of the payment the calculation can be off a little bit. I just went on the slack to see that some people didn't receive there bonus. I am not sure if they used bad referral code or not. About your last part, you got ban from what exactly, i guess i can try too an see what happen
