Time is flying by so quickly!

It's amazing how fast these days and weeks fly by. Last month around this time, I was sitting in the Ozarks with Hive account@papa-pepper, trying my first Kiwano (horned melon).

I enjoy trying new fruits.

Hive account@papa-pepper is known for introducing interesting and new fruits and vegetables. When we met last month, he offered me some Kiwano fruit.

The kiwano looks exotic and strangely attractive.

Cut opened, we can see all the seeds and pulp.

We grab a spoon and scoop out a bite.

So how was it?

It was delicious! The texture is sort of strange, a little slimy. But the flavor is nice, slightly tart and sweet. I could see eating these as a nice breakfast or lunch snack.
