Setting up a diet plan from eating more than the usual from holiday season is not reachable. I can say that this goal can be hard to achieve as you went fluffy and lazy because of all the sweets, fats and liquors you've took. Now, you get excited to buy new pair of bikini, and yet you can't control eating more than the usual. Well, just as simple as DO NOT DEPRIVE YOURSELF. Yes, eat what you want but NOT TOO MUCH. Just enough to satisfy your craving and don't forget to add more water. Do this every day and eventually you'll get use to it. Together with a PROPER exercise that suits you, suddenly it will be easier for you to follow your diet plan. And the number one rule in getting fit: SELF-DISCIPLINE! ;)
