Today i would like to tell you some more about what i do workwise...
My tanningstudio, Glow.
I work with a high end spraytanning system called infinity sun, basically, after 5 minutes you end up with a natural or dark - if you wish - tan.
I started this business because i care a lot for my skin, and having had sun allergy and pigmentation due to sun dammage, i looked for other options to get tan, without the harmful consequences.
As skincancer is a worldwide concern, which is often discovered too late, i can not stress enough, take care of your skin, use a high enough spf, even on cloudy days! And avoid those solariums, they are far worse!
Not even do they elevate your risk for skincancer, they age and dehydrate your skin twice as fast.
I would rather walk around as pale as can be all year instead of risking damage to my skin, but luckily i don't need to since i have this great tanning machine in my backyard 😅
Since today is a wonderful sunny day here in belgium, i will be putting on my spf 30, enjoy my backyard and sit back and relax with a healthy juice i just made:
Beetroot, carrots, pineaple, ginger, orange and bell pepper!
