I'm down in Cornwall for my son's 4th birthday and managed to catch a Beautiful Sunrise this morning! I lived here for 6 years so this is a view that I cherish and miss now I'm stuck boxed into town. Taking a few minutes time to soak up the wonder of nature with your morning Coffee gets you off to a perfect start. It puts life in perspective and readies you for the crazy day ahead :-)
