Last night in Vegas we had a pretty cool purple sunset. I was out riding my motorcycle but managed to get home and grab the camera just in time to snap a few pictures for you!
This shot (above) is facing mostly West and a little North. The Sun has dropped behind those mountains and they're glowing purple. Really cool!
This shot is facing completely West. That little mountain range sits right out my front door. So I get to see cool sunsets like this all the time, but they aren't often purple like this! I wonder what determines the color? Dust in the air or something?
