Hello Hivers!
Finally some good news has surfaced about Troy Lee Designs KTM rookie Brian Moreau. As many of my long time readers know the French rookie was showing some great speed during timed practice at round 7 of the Monster Energy Supercross series in Tampa earlier this year. Unfortunately he had a moment in one of the rhythm sections and went down hard during one of the practice laps breaking his C7 vertebrae.
This part of your back is crazy bad to take a blow too as it contains all the nerves for the lower body which would scare the hell out of anyone. The Frenchman lost all feeling in his legs and after two weeks under observation in a hospital in the US was flown back to his France for ongoing treatment.
Some great news has just been released though about the Troy Lee Designs KTM rookie with an update on instagram about what progress has been made.

"At first I lost all my sensitivity but now the feeling is coming back. I can almost feel all of my body although it’s not the same feeling as it used to be but yes, I can say that the feeling is definitely coming back and I’m happy about it"
This is amazing news as an injury of this calibre can not only be career ending but also end up with the rider being forced to spend his life in a wheelchair. Good news on something so bad is always welcome and a testiment to the resilience of the young Frenchman.
If anyone want's to help out and dontate some money to help with his ongoing treatment a Road 2 Recovery page has been set up to help him out. Heal up mate and i hope to see you back riding soon!
