Maria-mariah, hitting a water melon with a machete is hardly going to be the answer. A varied diet (including animal produce, ideally) is the best idea, though it can be done on a vegan diet, on a pauper's budget etc.
Are you poor?
If you've no money, you need value for money, fast. Reduced to clear food at your supermarkets. Maybe try begging?
Other than than that, lots of good quality fresh fruits and veg, mixed with first class proteins like meat and fish (and poultry and dairy).
But you've got to like the stuff. You've got to have developed a taste for a wide variety of food. If you haven't, chances are your're a bit fussy / spoilt. Go hungry until you do appreciate the sustenance provided by another life-form's passing? These are 'first-world problems' and really quite sad (unless you really have no money in which case, please let me take all that back).
This is all elementary, though, I fear. What's your real problem? Is it mental?
Consider seeing a doctor. You really don't want to pour your heart out on the Internet unless you've got the stomach for it. Trust me. Good luck. :)
