The Average Margin For Error at that rate of speech for someone with a 70% fluency in English (the average academically acceptable fluency is 60 - 80%), is about 47 - 55%. What that means is that one in every sixty to one hundred and twenty syllables are going to be miscued. This man was fired for a common speech issue WE ALL FUCKING DEAL WITH. Not only would I be suing, I'd be making damn sure them fucks don't broadcast from that location ever again. I'd get a fleet of armored HEMI-powered trucks, chains and hooks and DEMOLISH the place. Ultimately, his only fault is his own vocal chords, and darling, we all have that issue.
