Focus on The Good because it will change everything for the Better!
Yes! It is that simple!
Sometimes we are like in a paranoid state of mind and focus too much on everything what’s not working out and find ourselves in a spiral kind of down ride.
I always suggest to my friends who are going through a hard and very difficult time that they should stop for a moment and simply accept “What is, Just Is”.
There is a divine plan behind and our destiny is about to unfold.
I believe that we create our own reality and get stuck on all the “bullshit” way too much and hold on to everything what pulls us down further.
We run around like blind chicken and too scared to accept the changes presented in a harsh way. It’s horrific, when a partner just gets up and leaves you behind, after spending nearly a lifetime together, raising children, sharing a home.
Total confusion! Panic attacks!
We push away the light and little joys we don’t seem to see anymore. We can’t be grateful for what is left but we need to remember a divine purpose.

Many times I got caught in this dark hole but nobody else but yourself can climb up again.
There is always a way out and a new lesson to learn!

I read about the huge loss today. Pro surfer and champion with a big smile, 32 Years old Jean Da Silva from Brazil, went on to ride some waves in heaven.

I was shocked that such successful, young man took his own life.
I pray for him.....send light and 💜 to him, his family and everybody who suffers in dark and blurry times.
