Every day and all day long your life is threatened in a bug out situation and the stress level is to the moon. Imagine carrying all your gear and suddenly your jumped from the side or rear. Try and keep your balance while throwing a kick wearing a large heavy back pack! Not all confrontations will be gun fights.
