Things you can do to survive, push through a tough time to create your dreams and still want to practice to prioritize yourself (how else do you get there, right?!), or if you need tips and tricks to make life easier and lighter:
Sleep. Create time to sleep. Naps count. Anything that helps you sleep, does, too: e.g. delegate tasks to create time to sleep, support yourself with relaxing music/bath/turn TV off early/no food or coffee, etc. before going to bed to support the body to get into rest mode, etc. GET CREATIVE.
Meditate. If you don't have time to meditate for 5 min meditate for 1 hour.
Exercise. Helps on so many levels. Even the people that make fun of it! Fun is allowed and welcomed. Any exercise counts. You will be surprised what only 15min a day will do for you, your mental and emotional health and of course, your physical health! Get into it. :-)
Water. Drink lots of clean water.
Sunshine. If you have a full day, stretch your face into the sun. Take those milliseconds when you put your kid into the car and stretch your face towards the sun and receive its rays. NO EXCUSES! Those seconds or second go a long way. Trust me.
Present time. Get SUPER present in the moment: on your way to the bedroom, when you play with your children, when washing yourself under the shower. REALLY BE with yourself!
Energy clearing. Anywhere and everywhere! As long as your human mind remembers. Hence why any reminder is a fabulous reminder...
You can imagine white cleansing light to run over you under the shower, a simple white light going through your being from top to toe and surrounding you when you lie down in bed, you can even send love and compassion to your future self.
If you don't show up for yourself, no one else will. DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO!
