Conveyor belt sushi is a common sushi restaurant in Japan. One of my fave CBS restaurant is Kappa Sushi.
How to order in a Conveyor Belt Sushi Restaurant?
Each table has a tablet where you can choose what to order by easily clicking on the sushi's picture (maximum of 4 sushi) then click order (the yellow button at the lower left corner of tablet).
Your order will arrive by a yellow train, it will alert you when your order is approaching, it stops by your table, get your order then press the button on the tablet to confirm that you have recieved your order.
(Some Conveyor belt restaurant does not have this yellow train, instead your order will arrive through the conveyor.)
Also, you can pick up the plate of sushi on the conveyor.
Here are some of my fave sushi at Kappa sushi Restaurant!
They also have other foods besides sushi. They have karage (chicken), ramen, soup and dessert.
I often partner my sushi dinning with hot Matcha, a finely ground powder tea.
The bill will depend on the number of plates that was consumed (cost 100-300 yen per plate).
Taadaaa!
