I wash, dry and save my organic egg shells. Grind down to a fine powder and make your own garden fertilizer. Its best to grind down as small as possible. Leave lid on your blender for awhile, it turns to a super fine dust. I mix with coffee grounds, composted banana peels and dig into Earth about a month before i'll transplant tomatoes starts.. coffee grinds will keep away many pests and help as mulch.
