I started to swim when I was really young, I learned but I never considered myself that passioned about swimming till now, probably because I never had the discipline and I used to think that I wasn't that good at all, well those two things came easily when I gave my best and I tried to push myself at little bit more.
One of the most biggest benefits I got from this it's maintain my body in shape lossing weight and building muscles and strength, helping also to your dorsal spine to be straight, re builds endurance if you never had it before like me, help your articulation being a sport that doesn't cause any impact on your body ,so if you have any injury don't doubt because of that it's actually the best exercise for recovery your body, help your lungs to dose the oxigen you need and your long capacity, it even helps to your my mind health, every time I immerse my mind go clear it's like I'm get in in another dimension, where the only thing you can feel and think it's peace.
So if you want my advice save all the money you spend on psychology, psychiatry, chiropractic, doctors and buy yourself a new swimsuit and became another of the lucky people that enjoy this sport!
