According to reports more than 212,140 people displaced only due to Abu-alDhuhur airbase operation in Hamah and Idlib countryside. This operation is carrying out by Syrian, Russian and Iranian forces and other militias. Rebels retreated from large areas due to constant airstrikes and civilians are also migrating to other areas inside Idlib even they are not totally safe there as warplanes also bombed some IDPs (internally displaced person) camps in Idlib in ongoing air bombardment campaign.
IDPs are already facing harsh weather conditions in various areas of Syria and fear of airstrikes increased more pressure on them that's why the majority of IDPs are staying near the Turkey's border in Danaa area as shown in above figure. All political solutions, deals, peace processes and conferences by world powers have been completely failed to deliver any peace or relief to Syrian people till now.
