Syrian soldier, Wassim Issa sends a video message to Ghouta militants, vowing to defeat them despite the recent resolution, on Saturday, at UNSC which states a cessation of hostilities for 30 days.
However, the resolution 2401 affirms that the cessation of hostilities does not apply on ISIS and Al-Qaeda, and all individuals, groups, institutions and other entities associated with Al-Qaeda or other terrorist groups as defined by the UNSC.
Therefore, today, the Syrian Army began a major offensive against Al-Qaeda in Eastern Ghouta, liberating Al-Nashabiya, Tal Farzat, Al-Hazmiye & Hazarma.
