Last summer, we had a family outing to Canigao Island in Matalom, Leyte. It's a 3-hour drive from Tacloban City. And from the main land, about 15-minute boat ride. The island features clear waters and white sand. It's a perfect getaway from city life.
Waking up to this lovely morning enjoying sunrise. The tireless crying of the past night was already forgotten. He is so excited to go swimming. Feels like it's gonna be a good day for him.
And so it was. He enjoyed burying himself in the sand and swimming afterwards.
