I tell you that my seven-year-old daughter is soon to present her school project closure, entitled: Learning from letter to letter up to Z. The school teacher held a meeting with the representatives to touch on some points in relation to it and the share that they will have soon for this reason. Therefore, today I want to share with you about the assignment as parents that he entrusted us to prepare our little ones for their exhibitions.

Les cuento que mi hija de siete años esta prontamente en presentar su cierre de proyecto escolar, titulado: Aprendiendo de letra a letra hasta la Z. La maestra de la escuela hizo una reunión con los representantes para tocar algunos puntos en relación a ello y al compartir que tendrán próximamente por este motivo. Por lo que, hoy quiero compartirles sobre la asignación como padres que nos encomendó para preparar a nuestros pequeños en sus exposiciones.
Each child was assigned a letter, my daughter the initial of her name, L. As a mother I had to make her exhibition sheet, obviously with her involved in the process, cutting, selecting images and pasting.
A cada niño se le asigno una letra, a mi nena la inicial de su nombre la L. Como mamá me tocó realizar su lamina expositiva, obviamente con ella involucrada en el proceso, recortando, seleccionando imágenes y pegando.
I think this school project is very important for children since they learn each of the letters that make up the alphabet, since they are stimulating their language, added to knowing words from each letter presented.
Me parece muy importante este proyecto escolar para los niños/a ya que aprenden cada una de las letras que componen el abecedario, puesto que están estimulando su lenguaje, sumado a conocer palabras provenientes de cada letra presentada.
I want to tell you that I thought about how to make this exhibition sheet or banner since I did not have many materials that were colorful and striking; but I remembered that I can make great things out of nothing and started looking through saved and recycled things for the activity. It is something that I like so much, working with materials that others discard or do not see value in, so I like to activate my creativity based on this, and it helps my pocket since it allows me to save my money. Quiero decirles que pensé en cómo hacer esta lamina o pancarta expositiva ya que no contaba con muchos materiales que fuesen coloridos y llamativos; pero recordé que de la nada puedo hacer grandes cosas y comencé a buscar entre cosas guardadas y de reciclaje para la actividad. Es algo que tanto me gusta, trabajar con materiales que otros desechan o no ven valor en ello, por lo que me gusta activar en base a esto mi creatividad, y ayuda a mi bolsillo puesto que me permite ahorrar mi dinero. Te invito a continuar allí, leyendo todo este contenido didáctico y de gran valor en la formación de tu pequeñines en casa.

1- I covered the cardboard with the architecture plan (you can do it with white sheets also from recycling). Once everything was lined, with the help of scissors I made two holes in the upper part through which I inserted the ribbon and tied it. (This should be left with enough space to hang around the child's neck when exhibiting.
1- Forré el cartón con el plano de arquitectura (puedes hacerlo con hojas blancas también de reciclaje). Una vez todo forrado con ayuda de la tijera hice dos agujeros en la parte superior por la cual introduje la cinta y la anude. (Esta debe quedar con espacio suficiente para colgar en el cuello del niño/a al momento de exponer.
2- Cut out the letter L in a bit of fuchsia recycled paper and stick it on the left hand side on the previously lined cardboard sheet.
2- Recortar la letra L en un poco de papel reciclado en color fucsia y pegarlo a mano izquierda en la lamina de cartón antes forrada.
3- Cut out images that begin with the letter L in old illustrated books and paste them on the right hand side in a vertical line.
3- Recortar en libros viejos ilustrados imágenes que inicien con la letra L y pegarlas a mano derecha en línea vertical.
4- From the books I took those areas of the edges with colorful colors to make the body of an arrow, as it appears in the following images. And with a bit of foam cut out some small triangles for the tip (from the letter L pointing to the corresponding image).

I am very satisfied with the result and my daughter is very happy with her sheet for the defense of the school project. Recycling really contributes to the environment and our economy, since for a moment I certainly thought about buying colored cardboard, frosted foamy, silicone and I don't know how many things or materials to make your school work look colorful and very pretty; but I opted for the things that I had kept at home and this has been the great result that I share with you today and that I know that as mothers, fathers, representatives or teachers it is a useful strategy to teach children about each of the letters that make up the alphabet and our language, our all-important literacy.
Quede muy satisfecha con el resultado y mi niña muy contenta de su lamina para defensa del proyecto escolar. El reciclar realmente contribuye con el ambiente y con nuestra economía, ya que por un momento ciertamente pensé en comprar cartulinas de colores, foamy escarchado, silicón y no se cuanta cosa o materiales para que su trabajo escolar se viera colorido y muy bonito; pero opté por las cosas que tenía guardadas en casa y este ha sido el gran resultado que hoy les comparto y que sé que como madres, padres, representantes o docentes es una estrategia útil para enseñar a los niños sobre cada una de las letras que conforman el abecedario y nuestro lenguaje, nuestra tan importante lectoescritura.

Recortar y pegar permite mejorar la psicomotricidad fina, es decir, los músculos de la mano, así como la concentración visual.
Permite el aprendizaje y descubrimiento de palabras nuevas o de ser conocidas estas, profundizaren el concepto y descripción de lo plasmado.
Entender que de una letra hay infinidades de palabras que la componen y representan.

Quiero cerrar este contenido contándoles que además este tipo de actividades escolares permite al niño a perder el miedo escénico al exponer un tema o plantear una idea. En esta estrategia didáctica enseñe la posición o el número que ocupa esta letra dentro del abecedario, el concepto o definición de la luna, del loro, de qué es un libro. Mi niña capto muy rápido la información, lo cual, me alegra mucho como madre el corazón "hacemos muy buen equipo" y no solo nosotras dos, sino con nuestra chiquita en casa también, quien se suma día a día en todo lo que pueda aprender.
