In Barcelona, as in other Mediterranean cites, you find the shops shutter are used for paintings with themes associated with the shops. This is a special type of street art. The photo of this post shows two paintings of this sort, one associated with shop ( in this case a bicycle shop) and other of more artistic nature with an interesting message.
The camera used was a Sony DSC-R1 and Gimp was used for the edition.
En Barcelona, como muchas otras ciudades del Mediterráneo, gran variedad de tiendas usan las puertas enrollable como medio para poner (o mas bien exponer) pinturas, asociadas con el ramo del negocio. Se puede decir que este es un tipo especial de arte urbano. Una de las obras que está en la foto que publico en este post, se enmarca en esta categoría. Se trata de una tienda de bicicletas y la pintura es sobre este tema. Mientras la que está en la otra puerta, es de naturaleza más artística y con un mensaje más profundo.
La cámara usada fue una Sony DSC-R1, mientras que el software de edición fue Gimp.
