de como es mojarte una y otra vez con tus propias lágrimas y salir a flote.
Como sobrevivir a tu propia cárcel llamada miedo.

of what it is like to get wet again and again with your own tears and come out afloat.
How to survive your own prison called fear.
No huyas de lo que no puedes huir
deja de evitarlo
ocultarlo
minimizarlo.
Mejor tómalo del cuello
velo a los ojos
enfréntalo
y arráncalo de raíz.
Que no te acompañe más la lluvia.
Don't run from what you can't run from
stop avoiding it
hide it
minimize it.
Better take it by the neck
veil my eyes
face it
and uproot it.

Si la humedad de la lluvia te alcanza
pues báñate con ella
baila debajo de ella
se una con ella.
No temas a mojarte
vive el presente
no te adelantes.
