Having a pet is a great incentive to go for a walk, play, run around, get muddy and even talk to other people! Yes all that I wrote I do with my pet every time I take her out for a walk.
Sundays are the perfect day. I have nothing to do, so after breakfast I look for her leash. I don't know if it's the same with your pets, but Yuli already knows and in a sort of barking babble she begs me to put her leash on.
She immediately starts a party, runs all over the place, throws the leash in the air, until I finally open the door and she runs down the stairs at full speed. Once on the avenue, always with his little tail up, he sniffs everything in his path until we get to the park.
I pick up his leash, so he can run freely. There is no longer any danger of vehicles and it is a fleeting burst of joy that runs everywhere, greeting people and coming back to look for me, it is an invitation "run with me".
In the adventures she had today, she met several dogs, but one of them barked at her as if to scold her, the funny thing is that it was a much bigger dog than her and my little territorial Poodle won the battle.
She ran into a group of people doing Yoga and made quite a racket. The group of women who were finishing their class, gave her love, played with her and Yuli was very happy to be the center of attention.
She jumped between the fountains and I was trying to get her out, it was funny, I was running to get her out and she was already out and the next second she was back in! ... Her energy ran out and to recharge she lay down on the wet concrete next to the fountain.
After three hours, I thought that was enough, so we started our walk to the exit of the park ... but she knew it and as she approached the gate she suddenly stopped, turned and ran back into the park. It was an ordeal to catch her and put her on the leash.
She looked like a scolded child. Every now and then she would put up a fight and try to get back into the park. I think today was an excellent day of walking for my pet. She enjoyed it and so did I.
