The Beginnings~
This will be a part of a blog that I will cover with a mission to travel one whole circle around Taiwan with a 50cc scooter + Map & Compass. This is the first beginnings of how it started. I will begin to post more chapters of events as we travel. But for now... trying to warm up the blog posting habits. (Newb here)
I met a German student who came to Taiwan at a similar time as I did and we both attended the same school to learn Chinese in Hsinchu, aka in National Tsing Hua University.
Two foreigners in a foreign Taiwan :)
Both of us were learning how to speak and write Chinese from the start. Both of us really had no idea how but fate seemed to have us meet in a school class room.
It all started out here in the classroom - Learning Chinese 101
Just the same way how friends begin, we had some similarities and also different views of life and got along well. Since I am a working family guy with a wife a son and my German friend is a young student who likes to travel around the world (that is a different story to tell later), I have offered him a place to stay in my building where I live and work temporarily till we finish our trip.
A spare room I have him use temporarily to prep up the trip.
As of right now, I need to finish up my work project and we need to get some 50cc scooters. We plan to do this once my current project is finished, get a motorcycle license, buy some scooters, plan how to do this. But in the meantime....... we are just in CHILL MODE. :)

Our simple day and journey is getting ready to begin... till then... we chill and relax for now.
